In the first stage it is proposed to have 16 shops. The second stage has not yet been planned at this point. The centre is currently occupied by GJ Gardiner, a Thai & Indian restaurant, gift shop, barber, bakery, Countdown supermarket, Sushi shop, pharmacy, clothing store, Super Liquor, and with further spaces available for other retailers.
